We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund within 10 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. We will not issue refunds on jewelry that has been damaged, worn or broken.
Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase, please include a copy of the invoice that you received by email, so we can process your request.
Items on sales are final and cannot be return or exchange.
We are not responsible for returns with might be lost or damaged. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return of your item. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number.
Should you chose to return your item(s) within our 10 day return window, please note your refund will not reflect any shipping charges paid for by the customer on the original order.
Mademoiselle Jules is not responsible for lost items or packages sent to the wrong address.

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-8 business days of purchase, unless purchased on pre-order.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or other shipping carriers.
Delivery can take up to 4-8 days or more considering the time of the year.
Please note all Boxknight orders that are "Next Day Shipping" will ship the next opening day of the merchant (i.e if an order is placed on Friday, the Next Day Shipping is for the following Monday).
No shipping during weekend whatsoever.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Mademoiselle Jules is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
